Return Policy:

All returns must be in unused condition and returned to the gallery no later than 7 days after receiving the item. All returns on product or original art are FULLY refundable with the exception of shipping costs. Shipping will not be refunded. No returns will be accepted on items that have been personalized.

Damaged Item Refund Policy:

We will replace any product that has been damaged during the shipping process if we still have the item in stock. In the event that the item is no longer available a full refund will be issued (including shipping charges). If you recieve merchandise that has been damaged during shipping, please contact the gallery immediately and keep all of the packaging materials. Please have your order number on hand.

Lay-A-Way Returns:
