American Beauties Art Gallery Return Policy:
All returns must be in an unused condition and must be received by us no later than 20 days of the original shipping date. We will accept returns for gallery credit only. Shipping will not be refunded. No returns will be accepted on items that have been personalized. Actual cash refunds will only be given on items that have been damaged during shipping, or in the case of our error in shipping.

Refund Policy:
We will replace any product that has been damaged during the shipping process if we still have the item in stock. In the event that the item is no lnoger available, a full refund will be issued (including shipping charges). If you receive merchandise that has been damaged during shipping, please contact the gallery immediately and keep all of the packaging materials. Please have your order number on hand.

Lay-A-Way Policy:
Lay-a-way items are not returnable.
